Terms & Conditions for Double R Mobile Detailing

Welcome to Double R Mobile Detailing. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling a service.


1. Services Offered

  • We provide professional mobile detailing services including (but not limited to): exterior washing, interior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, leather treatment, overspray/cement removal, and windshield chip repair.
  • Service availability may vary based on weather, vehicle condition, and location.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Appointments must be scheduled in our booking application. Same-day service is subject to availability.
  • A deposit may be required to confirm bookings for all mobile services or in-shop detailing.
  • Deposit is due at the time of booking and remaing balance is due once we completed the work. We accept [cash, card, Zelle, Venmo, etc.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a forfeit your deposit of $50 of the service.
  • If we arrive at your location and are unable to perform the service due to restricted access, unsafe working conditions, or absence of the vehicle, this will be treated as a cancellation.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and all personal belongings are removed prior to service.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
  • Access to water and electricity may be required for certain services. If unavailable, please inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

5. Liability

  • While we take great care with every vehicle, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, poor paint conditions, or manufacturer defects.
  • Some stains, scratches, and odors may be permanent and cannot be fully removed.
  • Paint correction and ceramic coating results may vary based on vehicle condition, maintenance, and environment.

6. Weather & Environmental Conditions

  • Services may be rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, strong winds, etc.).
  • In the event of weather-related rescheduling, deposits will be transferred to the next appointment.

7. Guarantees & Warranties

  • Our ceramic coating services include limited warranties depending on the package purchased.
  • Regular maintenance is required to uphold the warranty. Improper care, automatic car washes, or use of harsh chemicals may void the warranty.

8. Photography & Marketing

  • We may take before/after photos of your vehicle for marketing purposes (social media, website, ads).
  • No personal information will be shared.

9. Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine the environment is unsafe (e.g., dangerous neighborhood, poor lighting, uneven ground).
  • For your safety and ours, customers must remain at a safe distance while we are working.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Double R Mobile Detailing reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
